Lincoln Freshers Week 2026 takes place from Sunday 20th September – Friday 25th September, with events taking place throughout the week.

We’ve got 9 events across 7 days, including huge Freshers events alongside Lincoln’s biggest weekly student nights.

Make sure you arrive in Lincoln ready for Sunday – we’re kicking things off from night one.

The Lincoln Freshers Wristband is available to buy online through Fatsoma.

Wristbands are limited and prices increase as each release sells out, so we recommend buying yours in advance rather than waiting until you arrive in Lincoln.

Once you’ve purchased your Freshers Wristband, you’ll need to exchange your Fatsoma ticket for your physical wristband.

Your wristband means you’ve got your main Freshers nights sorted before you even arrive in Lincoln.

Some additional events, bar crawls and after-parties are not included with the wristband and require separate tickets. Always check the individual event listing before attending.

Your wristband gives you access to the events included within your package, subject to each event’s entry conditions.

You must arrive within any advertised entry times and follow venue rules. Entry may be refused for reasons including intoxication, unacceptable behaviour, failure to provide valid ID or failure to comply with venue policies.

We recommend arriving early for our busiest Freshers events.

Yes.

Our nightclub and bar events are strictly 18+ and you will need an accepted form of valid photo ID.

We strongly recommend making checking you’ve packed your ID part of your moving-to-Lincoln checklist – you don’t want to arrive at Freshers without it.

For events included with your Freshers Wristband, you don’t need to purchase another standard entry ticket.

Some additional events and upgrades are sold separately and are not included with your wristband.

Check the event information before purchasing if you’re unsure.

Once your physical wristband has been issued and fitted, it is for your use only.

Wristbands must not be removed, transferred or passed between people. Damaged, tampered-with or altered wristbands may become invalid.

Look after your wristband throughout Freshers Week.

Lost, removed, damaged or tampered-with wristbands may not be replaced. If you have an issue with your wristband, speak to a member of the Freshers team as soon as possible rather than attempting to remove or repair it yourself.

Yes! We’re always looking for students to join the team.

Our Freshers Rep Team helps us spread the word about Lincoln’s biggest student events, create content, promote events and be part of the team throughout the year.

It’s a great way to meet people, get involved with Lincoln’s nightlife and earn money alongside university.

Yes.

Individual tickets are available for many of our Freshers events. However, availability and prices vary between events and some may sell out.

If you’re planning on attending several events during Freshers Week, check what’s included with the Freshers Wristband before buying individual tickets.

No. Our Freshers Bar Crawls are separate events and require their own tickets.

If you’ve purchased a bar crawl ticket, check your emails before the event for your meeting point, route and important information.

The Official Freshers After-Parties at The Scene are an additional Freshers add-on and are not automatically included with the standard Freshers Wristband.

If you’ve purchased the After-Parties add-on, your Fatsoma ticket/QR code will be required for entry.

We’ll send important information directly to ticket and wristband holders by email.

By purchasing and/or using a Lincoln Freshers Wristband, you agree to the applicable ticketing, event and venue terms and conditions.

Wristbands are valid only for the events specifically advertised as being included within the purchased package.

All nightclub and licensed venue events are 18+ and valid photo identification may be required.

Possession of a wristband does not override venue admission policies. Venues reserve the right to refuse admission or remove customers where appropriate, including for intoxication, unacceptable behaviour, safety concerns or failure to comply with venue rules.

Wristbands must remain securely attached and must not be removed, transferred, altered or tampered with. Lost, removed, damaged or tampered-with wristbands may not be replaced.

Event venues, timings, line-ups and advertised details may be subject to change where necessary. Where changes occur, customers should refer to official communications for the latest information.

Separate events, upgrades, bar crawls, after-parties or other experiences are not included unless specifically stated as part of the purchased wristband package.

Tickets and wristbands remain subject to the terms and conditions displayed at the point of purchase on Fatsoma and any applicable venue terms and conditions.
